CHALLENGE

PetSmart Charities, the leading animal welfare non-profit, was broadening their mission and setting ambitious growth goals. This big vision needed a new strategy to drive fundraising, advocacy and awareness.

We created a new brand foundation that celebrates the organization’s meaningful impact on pets and those who love them – and champions others to join the cause with a bold call to action. The inspiring, informative and inviting visual identity reflects that boldness. We set the stage for success with robust, live guidelines and templates that developers and designers utilize to easily and quickly create fresh content.

OUTCOME

The team is energized and rallied behind the new strategy and identity and it is rapidly being rolled out across physical and digital touchpoints. The brand feels more cohesive, modern and impactful. Donations are already up 20% and monthly donors are up 8%!
